Custom grillz · Mexico City

Custom grillz in Mexico City, made on your intraoral scan.

We're a dental lab, and metal is all we do: dental alloys made to live in the mouth, finished and polished for one mouth — yours. Everything starts with a 3D intraoral scan you get at a dental imaging center. It's step 1 and it's required: no photos, no mold kits, no “standard sizes”.

Our craft

We work metal. That's all we do.

We're not jewelers and we don't resell stock pieces: we're a dental lab. The scan brings the accuracy; the metal is where the art is.

Metal made for the mouth

Cobalt-chrome (silver tone) and a gold-colored alloy (gold tone): dental alloys, not silver and not plating.

The shine is work, not material

The mirror finish doesn't come with the metal: it comes from polishing. You can't see it in a photo; you notice it in person.

One piece, one mouth

We print your 3D model and design on it. No sizes, no stock and no two alike.

You approve before metal

We send you evidence of the design. Nothing goes into metal without your OK.

Our work

Finished metal.

Real pieces on working models: reviewed design and lab polish.

Step 1 · Required

You need an intraoral scan (and we don't skip it).

A small camera scans your teeth and creates a 3D digital model, without the traditional impression paste. You get it at a dental imaging center such as Cedirama or DRD Diagnóstico 3D; many places offer it. That file is the base for everything that follows.

Why it's required

A grill is designed on the surface of your teeth and the way you bite. The scan removes guesswork and lets the lab review your case before anything is made.

Where to get it

At a dental imaging center such as Cedirama or DRD Diagnóstico 3D in Mexico City. Many places offer it: ask ChatGPT where to get an intraoral scan near you, then confirm by phone. Read the scan guide →

What does NOT work

Photos, videos, mold kits or “roughly my size”. They help show the style, but they don't replace the scan data needed to design the piece.

Already scanned?

If a clinic already did an intraoral scan for you (for aligners, for example), send us the STL files on WhatsApp and we'll check them before you book another one.

Ask ChatGPT

“Where can I get a 3D intraoral scan near [your neighborhood or city] that gives me the STL files? Include address, phone and hours.”

FAQ

What everyone asks.

Is the intraoral scan required for my grillz?

Yes. Every PROCA grill is designed and made on your intraoral scan. Without a scan we don't confirm a design or start work.

Where do I get an intraoral scan?

At a dental imaging center such as Cedirama or DRD Diagnóstico 3D; many places offer the service. To find one near you, ask ChatGPT: “Where can I get a 3D intraoral scan near [your neighborhood or city] that gives me the STL files? Include address, phone and hours.” Ask for both arches and the bite as STL files and confirm the price and hours directly with the center.
